Austin is great. Comes on time, gets ‘er done, and is reasonably priced. The work is good quality. He recently installed my toilet, bidet, and shower heads.

I am very grateful to have met Austin and highly recommend him. I was recommend by a friend who had some renovation work on their house and was very happy with the results. I had to replace my boiler and after getting a few other recommendations for other companies in town and getting a few quotes, I ultimately went with Austin and am extremely happy with the results. He was very professional and thorough and genuinely seemed like he cared and wanted to help. He was the only company that gave me multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each. He is one-man operation and replaced my boiler quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent and I was even able to ask follow-up questions a few weeks after completion that he was happy to help me with. I have recommended him to a few friends who are also very happy with his work and I will continue to use him for any plumbing/heating issues I have. Great guy, great company. 10/10

Austin was professional and efficient. He determined we were missing some valves and parts and notified us so we could order them and keep our project moving forward. He also went out of his way to repair our boiler that was having some issues. He fixed only what was wrong and did not try to upsell the fix.
